How it all began
Summit CIO Partners was founded on a simple observation: many organizations struggle to align technology with their business objectives, not because they lack talent or commitment, but because they lack experienced executive technology leadership.
We also recognized that many organizations needed CIO-level expertise but did not require—or could not justify—the cost of a full-time executive. They needed a trusted advisor who could provide strategic leadership, objective assessments, practical guidance, and a clear path forward.
Throughout our careers, we served in senior technology leadership roles across multiple industries, guiding organizations through periods of growth, modernization, operational challenges, cybersecurity initiatives, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation. Time and again, we encountered businesses that faced the same fundamental challenges:
